If you are passionate about providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the well-being of seniors, we invite you to apply for this fulfilling opportunity!Welcome residents and their families, providing information about the community and answering any questions they may have.Assist residents with their daily needs such as scheduling appointments, coordinating transportation, and making reservations.Keep the front desk area organized and well-maintained.Receive and direct all incoming calls and visitors.Maintain knowledge of the community and its services to effectively communicate with residents and their families.Build strong relationships with residents and their families to provide personalized service.Collaborate with other staff members to ensure that the community is a safe, supportive, and welcoming environment for all residents.Part time, every other weekend.
