\nIBM FileNet 5.x Expertise w.r.t.development, configuration and operational aspects -
\nproject deployment execution, IBM Filenet upgrades and production support.
\nIBM FileNet Administration, Changes, Configuration
\nContent Mass updates (using FileNet APIs)
\nIBM FileNet Vulnerabilities and Remediation
\nIBM FileNet Sweep to migrate contents
\nIntegration with Storage Devices
\nOversight & execution of deployments,troubleshooting and support activities
\nMonitoring and Alerting Tools- Splunk, Appd , Prometheus, Grafana. etc.
\nIntegration with Cloud capabilities/storage grid, and other cloud tech stack, tools and technologies and command line interface (CLI).
\nFamiliarity with Object and File Storage.
\nIssue Resolution, ensuring stability of the applications and platform.
\nDrive new initiatives like Automation, Cloud transformation in the platform, instrumentation of monitoring/alerting
\nacross applications and platform level
\nDrive group discussions about issues identified prior to, and after a deployment.
\nTroubleshooting complex environment issues in a distributed environment.
\nValidation of complex system/components and game planning.
\nPerform Smoke Testing on deployed code/configurations to ensure success of
\ndeployment.
\nManaging Documentation, processes through tools e.g. confluence/JIRA/ServiceNow, lead with clarity and ability to bring structure to
\noperational functions
\nDesign complex system upgrades
\nDevelop a long range plan designed to resolve problems and prevent them from recurring
\n \nIn this role, you will:
\n \nParticipate in high level technical concepts spanning technology and business
\nDrive solutions to reduce recovery time.
\nProvide cross-functional and cross-organizational coordination on root cause analysis for any production issues.
\nSupport portfolio of applications across technologies.
\nProvide technical consultation and support in the development of end-to-end automated software solutions capable of interfacing and integrating with in-house developed or vendor developed solutions or plug-ins via APIs and web services.\
\nResponsible for production deployments, ensuring governance and controls and act as a gatekeeper for any production environment changes.
\nProvide expert counsel to team and senior leadership, advises and mentors team when in need.
\nLearn new tools and concepts in platform engineering space to implement automation, building and testing CI/CD pipelines,
\nContribute in increasing system efficiencies and lowering the human intervention time on related tasks\
\nReview and analyze moderately complex operational support systems, application software, and system management tools to ensure the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability
\nWork with vendors and other technical personnel for problem resolution\
\nLead team to meet technical deliverables while leveraging solid understanding of technical process controls or standards
\nCollaborate with vendors and other technical personnel to resolve technical issues and achieve highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability
\nGood understanding of new technologies for key management, build resilient systems, security concepts, microservices based architecure, building Active-Active solutions,
\n \nDesired Qualifications:
\n \nFamiliar with Enterprise Content Management principles and practices
\nStrong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
\nUnderstanding of Cloud native technologies and concepts.
\n2+ Years experience in API or Microservices Development.
\n3 + years of experience developing or supporting IT Service Management solutions
\nAbility to lead and manage to production goals, deadlines, and various metrics
\nAbility to identify root-cause issues/improvement opportunities, and design approaches
\nExperience with a customer service mindset and a focus on continuous improvement
\n3+ years of distributed servers platform experience
\n2+ years of application production support experience
\nExperience in Ansible,Terraform, and Cloud engineering concepts etc.
\nExperience in Application and Server Health Probes.
